Shipping Policy

Please allow 15 business days for delivery from the time of purchase. Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by email.

Order Review & Sourcing

 A member of our team will review your order.

  • Products will come from two places:
    • Energy-saving kits ship from our warehouse.
    • Window insulating film ships directly from the manufacturer.
  • If we have any questions about your order or delivery instructions, we’ll contact you.

Arrange Delivery

  • Depending on the size of your order, we may need to arrange a freight delivery.
  • Please provide your operating hours and any special instructions to help us complete the delivery smoothly.

Track Your Order

  • Once we have tracking details or an estimated delivery date, we’ll email them to you.

Receive & Share Products

  • When your shipment arrives, your food bank will receive the items in bulk.
  • You’ll be able to share one kit and/or one window insulating film per member of your food bank.

Upon order confirmation, please verify that your shipping address is correct, including the recipient's first and last name, suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. TechniArt is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

As of June 1, 2020, TechniArt Incorporated no longer will reship lost or stolen shipments.

If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they are not able to locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can help direct you on how to process a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment in addition.
